The size of the room is great. It’s spacious and modern. Good facilities. And comfortable.

The room was clean and spacious and had all the facilities that we needed. The staff were great, and they did everything that we asked of them. We must've requested water bottles at least 2 to 3 times a day and they never charged us. Every time that we asked for fresh towels they were delivered within minutes. The washroom was large, as was the shower.

Location excellent, close to attractions and the metro. The room was large and comfortable. Staff did let me check in a few hours early although it was to a different room than I had booked, so I did not have a city view- floor 1 with windows but looking out at a wall. However, it was my choice to take the room and I was informed prior. Just something to be aware of. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating particularly Enes who booked me a taxi to the airport for a reasonable price €30. Food at breakfast was good.

Arrived 8 hrs before chekin time, staff desk manager - ALI YUSEFI and CEBRAIL, were amazing helpful staff, to sort out our checking, and provide us with room, for amazing extra price. The staff desk manager also spoke very good English, to easily make bookings for DAY TOUR and AIRPORT TRANSFERS, as by experience, very few people in Turkey speak and understand English. The rooms were also very clean, and room service was amazing clean and left the room and bathrooms fresh and scented for next day. Overall, the management was excellent, and location wise, also, it was amazing to access BOSPHOROUS tours and other late night shopping experience, and Walking distance of 15 mins, to GRAND BAZAAR shopping experience. Value for money, as we booked 6 months before was amazing, and the staff manager Ali Yusefi matched that price for us, for extra 12 hr stay. Will recommend and be back again.
