Great location near the Suleymaniye mosque and many restaurants. A short walk to the tram line and metro. Clean and comfortable rooms. Lovely breakfast. Breakfast and cleaning staff (Muharram) very helpful.

The room was clean and spacious and had all the facilities that we needed. The staff were great, and they did everything that we asked of them. We must've requested water bottles at least 2 to 3 times a day and they never charged us. Every time that we asked for fresh towels they were delivered within minutes. The washroom was large, as was the shower.

Clean, modern, friendly and helpful staff. The public spaces were excellent and the location perfect for exploring Sultanahmet.

Location excellent, close to attractions and the metro. The room was large and comfortable. Staff did let me check in a few hours early although it was to a different room than I had booked, so I did not have a city view- floor 1 with windows but looking out at a wall. However, it was my choice to take the room and I was informed prior. Just something to be aware of. Staff extremely helpful and accommodating particularly Enes who booked me a taxi to the airport for a reasonable price €30. Food at breakfast was good.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel, and a huge part of that was thanks to Eren! From the moment I arrived, he went above and beyond to ensure I had the best experience. He kindly upgraded my room, making my stay even more special, and was always attentive, professional and genuinely welcoming. His hospitality made all the difference, and I truly appreciated his efforts to make everything seamless. If you're staying at this hotel, you're in great hands with Eren - he's an absolute star! I loved how kind the staff was , the hotel was clean and everything was up to scratch . One thing that disappointed me was the fitness Center and the outdoor pool was not existence
